Different Types of 100Ah LiFePO4 Batteries
Find the best 100Ah LiFePO4 Batteries for you!
Lithium LiFePO4 batteries are used in various applications like caravans, motorhomes, solar energy storage, wheelchairs, EVs, and so on.
To accommodate the different applications that these batteries are used for, our Lithium LiFePO4 range encompasses batteries with different types of cells, casings, voltages, Bluetooth capabilities, and heating capabilities.
Let's explore the various 100Ah UltraMax lithium LiFePO4 batteries..
Cell Type (Prismatic and Cylindrical)
Prismatic cells and cylindrical cells exhibit similar performance characteristics, but they differ in terms of their physical dimensions. We use prismatic cells in 100Ah lithium batteries that are required to be smaller and more compact.
Voltage
Our 100Ah LiFePo4 batteries come in different voltages: 12V, 24V and 48V
You choose a battery voltage based on your equipment. Ensure you choose the correct voltage for your equipment or you may damage both your equipment and the battery.
Bluetooth and non-Bluetooth
Some of our customers prefer being able to check their battery’s status on their phones, on the go. Therefore, some of our batteries come with Bluetooth functionality that connects the battery to the app-controlled BMS. This enables the customer to check their battery’s health, status, state of charge, discharge, temperature, cell lifecycle, cell status, etc.
The drawback with Bluetooth batteries is they consume power and may cause severe discharge of your battery if they are left uncharged for too long. Charge your Bluetooth battery regularly and ensure voltage does not drop below 8 Volts, BMS can cut out and you cannot charge any longer.
Heater and no-heater
Some of our customers use their batteries outdoors during the winter. Lithium Phosphate batteries should not be charged below 0C or they will get severely damaged. Thus, we make some of our batteries with an in-built heater to warm the battery up before charging..
DIN case size
Our batteries are made with different terminals and case sizes. DIN battery case sizes are often found in car batteries and other automotive batteries, allowing for easy and quick installation and replacement.

Battery terminals:
Internal-threaded (Screw) terminals:
The screw or internal-threaded terminals have a threaded stud or a threaded hole, allowing wires or cables to be fastened by tightening the screw or bolt. Screw terminals are widely used in applications where a secure and robust connection is required, this includes industrial equipment, uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), solar power systems, and other devices
Tapered Terminals:
These are generally used in car batteries
Snap-on terminals:
These are generally used in 48V batteries, used in solar energy storage systems.
The choice of terminal type depends on factors such as the voltage, current, physical space limitations, and industry standards of the application.
